The consultation is about getting to know each other. I’ll ask some questions about what brings you in, your history, and your goals. You’ll also have time to ask me questions and get a feel for whether I’m the right fit for you. Think of it as a conversation, not an interrogation.
If it feels like a good fit, we can schedule your first session in the consultation!
Sessions are usually 55 minutes. Many people start with weekly sessions to build momentum, then shift to every other week as things stabilize. We’ll find a rhythm that works best for you.
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to therapy without an official diagnosis. You don’t need a label to deserve support.
At this time, I work primarily with adults (18+).
That’s more common than you might think. Sometimes it takes finding the right approach or the right therapist. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported — and to give you tools you can actually use in daily life.

My office is at 501 Silverside Road, Suite 15 in Wilmington, Delaware. I also offer telehealth sessions to clients located anywhere in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
