About Me

Hi, I’m Christine (she/her)—therapist, parent, dog lover, art therapist, wife, and former art teacher who truly believes that healing doesn’t have to be stuffy or awkward. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are, whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to figure some stuff out.

I have over 15 years of experience working with folks navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and even experiences like psychosis that can feel extra isolating. I’ve worked in all kinds of settings—psychiatric hospitals, an adolescent emotional support classroom, alternative schools, and residential treatment centers—which means I’m not easily shocked and I’m really good at meeting people where they are.

My style is down-to-earth and direct, with a good dose of humor (because life can be messy, and laughter helps us survive the chaos). As an art therapist, I also believe that a dose of creativity can be incredibly grounding and insightful—sometimes the things we can’t put into words find their way out through images, color, or just making something with our hands.

I'm passionate about creating a space that is actively welcoming to LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, and those with disabilities. As a white, cisgender, able-bodied therapist, I’m always working to grow in cultural humility, and I do my best to listen, learn, and create a space that feels truly safe and affirming.

Outside the therapy room, I’m married, raising two curious, strong willed kids and one extremely opinionated dog. I bring my whole human self into this work and feel honored every time someone lets me walk alongside them in their healing journey.
