For nearly 15 years, I've guided individuals on their healing journeys as a Board-Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Therapist in Delaware and Pennsylvania. While I have a broad range of experience, my passion lies in supporting those navigating anxiety, ADHD, and the challenges of people-pleasing. I work from a foundation of cultural humility and affirming care. That means I actively create a space that honors LGBTQIA+ folks, people of color, neurodivergent clients, people with disabilities, and anyone holding layers or marginalized identities.
