DBT & Mindfulness-Based
(Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)
Teaches skills to manage strong emotions, improve relationships, and tolerate discomfort by using mindfulness, which involves being present in the current moment without judgment.
CBT
(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
Helps people change negative thought patterns and behaviors to improve their mood and handle problems more effectively
Helps people explore and heal their inner "parts," or different aspects of their personality, to achieve emotional balance and self-understanding
Internal Family Systems
Helps people heal by focusing on the connection between their mind and body, using physical sensations and movements to release tension and trauma
Somatic Based Therapy
Uses creative activities like drawing to help people express their feelings, gain perspective on their lives, and improve their emotional well-being
Art Therapy
An approach that is compassionate and focused on creating a safe space, understanding the effects of trauma, and supporting healing without re-triggering the client
